Opening Hours:

We work 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 2 days and it's usually much quicker, but there may be some slight delays during peak times.​

Bookings:

All bookings under £150 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Bookings over £150 are subject to a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

All bookings must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the hire date.

Payments may be made with a credit or debit card, or by bank transfer.

Prices provided for any jobs are based on the agreed itinerary with the client, any additional time required may incur an additional charge.

Prices shown above are a guide price only. Locations, early / late hours, and local events may all affect prices. The requirement from each client is different and a tailor-made estimate of the rate for each job will be provided based on the information received. Additional time, distance and work can subsequently affect the price estimated and shall be due to complete the required work requested.

Tips:

Booking prices do not include tips. Where you wish to give a tip, you can pay these directly to the driver in person via cash or card payment, or alternatively you may add it on to your booking payment and we will pass the tip on to the driver for you.

Cancellations:

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

Cancellation after booking confirmed - 25% of full price

Cancellation within 7 days of the hire date - 50% of total price

Cancellation within 48 hours of the hire date - 100% of total price

Vehicles:

We reserve the right to change any car booked as long as we provide the same standard of car. The Company reserves the right to sub contract to other companies should the need arise.

No Smoking:

We have a no-smoking policy in our cars. This applies to both driver and passengers.

Food and Drink:

Eating and drinking is not permitted inside our vehicles unless pre-arranged and agreed.

Passenger Behaviour:

We reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone that causes disruption, or endangers our drivers or passengers.

Delays:

We do not accept liability for delays caused by unavoidable traffic delays/accidents, bad weather conditions, or delays caused by third parties such as ferry companies, hotels or any other third party contracted on your behalf.

Passenger Delays:

Please note we monitor all flights and all our drivers will not go into the airport terminal until your flight lands. Once the driver arrives in the terminal the transfer rates given on your booking are based on no more than 1 hours waiting time. Additional waiting time may incur an additional charge.

Responsibilities:

We hold public liability and fully comprehensive motor insurance for hire and reward, and are responsible for all our own cars and drivers.

You may be charged supplementary charges, costs or fines for any damage caused to our vehicles by action or inaction by you or your party, including repair and cleaning fees.
